Antonov An-124 Ruslan, flight ADB3516, transporting Philippine Air Force (PAF)’s first five of sixteen ordered S-70i Black Hawk combat utility helicopters (CUHs), landed at Clark International Airport few minutes after 9:30 am today, November 9, according online flight trackers
The said transport aircraft made a stop in Kuwait before flying to Philippines.
“The flight took 3 days: Departure from Jasionka/Rzeszów Airport (Nov. 7) via Kuwait Int’l (Nov. 8),” the Polish Embassy in the Philippines said.

The Polish embassy noted that 16 Black Hawks were ordered under PAF’s Combat Utility Helicopter (Phase 3) Acquisition Project, which is a Horizon 2 phase priority project under the current Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Modernization Project.
