One of the 16 ordered S-70i Black Hawk combat utility helicopters (CUHs) for Philippine Air Force (PAF) was spotted conducting test flight in Poland.
The test flight was recorded on video by Marcin Bobro and was uploaded, July 8, on EPML Flight & Spotting’s YouTube channel. Date of when the test flight was not specified.

The Philippine government has ordered 16 S-70i Black Hawk CUHs from Poland’s PZL-Mielec which is owned by Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company.
Republic of Poland Ambassador to the Philippines Jarosław Szczepankiewicz has confirmed in June that delivery of around 6 S-70i Black Hawk CUHs may take place before 2020 ends.
“The purchase of 16 S-70i combat-utility helicopters manufactured by the Polish Aviation Works-Mielec (PZL-Mielec) is an excellent example of cooperation between our two countries,” Ambassador Szczepankiewicz said.
“By the end of 2020, PZL-Mielec will hand over the first six units of S-70i Black Hawk helicopters to the PAF under a contract signed in 2019,” he added.
