venture of WTG Construction and Development Corporation and AM Oreta & Co. contract to develop and improve Naval Base Rafael Ramos in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

The contract has an amount of PHP838,698,976.57. The approved budget for contract was PHP 1 billion.

National Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana signed the Notice of Award on December 27, 2019.

The project includes dredging, reclamation, putting up road networks, slope protection, wharf, beaching ramp, berthing area, water supply system, electrical distribution, and riprapping.
