WNU Editor:  Growing up in the Soviet Union no one relied on the government when emergencies/disasters happened. And for those who still had faith .... Chernobyl was the last straw. I am surprised that some of the people of Cuba still have faith that the government would help them .... my prediction .... they are going to wait a long time for that help to arrive.
