Chaiseri Metal & Rubber Co. Ltd delivered the new First Win II 4x4 wheel to the Marine Corps for 60 days trial evaluation. In addition to testing the HMV-150 4x4 wheeled vehicle by Panus Assembly Co Ltd developed from a V-150 Commando 4x4 wheeled vehicle stationed in the 24th Marine Corps, and two Phantom 380-X1 4x4 wheeled were added to the Navy's Marine Corps fleet to be tested in the southern border area.

This plan of supplying 4x4 wheeled to the Thai Navy it is to strengthen self-defense capabilities in public security missions in the southern border areas. It also promotes the domestic security industry.
