The New York Times is saying the opposite .... using an anonymous source to say that Trump did give valuable intel. The New York Times report is here. I do not who is telling the truth, but as someone who use to work for ICAO (the UN's civil aviation arm) there is a bigger story here, and that is if the New York Times report is true, and if the Israelis and the Americans are withholding this type of intel .... it will violate numerous agreements and understandings when it comes to terror threats on civil aviation. The fear of using laptops as portable bombs is nothing new .... I have been hearing about it for years. But if a terror group has been successful in manufacturing such a device .... then this intel should not (and must not) be withheld regardless on what intel sources may get burned.
