WYOMING, Ohio — For more than a year, while their son Otto was a prisoner in North Korea, Fred and Cindy Warmbier knew nothing about his fate.

WNU Editor: The report is grim .... major portions of his brain are "dead" caused by blood deprivation .... probably caused by (quoting the doctors) having his heart stopped for too long thereby resulting in oxygen deprivation that produced severe brain damage.
