After speaking to the JS (ESW) today, we feel confident that our issues though slightly delayed are on track and orders  likely to be issued shortly.

The Judicial Commission Recommendations contained the issue of Actual Service rendered instead of full service for those invalided out as per 1972 letter and the working of Service element of Lts, Capts, Majors based on notional pay are now in the final stages before approval.

7CPC recommendations, the Draft Government letter is awaited besides clearance of some aspect in regards old age pay etc. The composite orders will include the issue of broad banding as recommended by 7 CPC besides other disability entitlements based on percentage system.
