What's my take .... the Kremlin is definitely concerned, and they are not liking what they see as those who favour a more friendlier relationship with Russia .... like former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn .... being ousted. In regards to the safety of President Trump .... I  mentioned in the comment trend a month ago that President Trump better upgrade/increase his security detail (the link is here) .... on reflection .... he better triple it. President Trump has signalled that he wants to change the status quo, and as a result many people are becoming nervous .... correction .... very nervous.
